Welcome to the Office of the President

The Office of the President is made of Interim President Dr. Jamilyn Penn, Executive Director Danielle K. Slota, Executive Assistant Juli Hammond, Project Manager Jennifer Johnston and Administrative Assistant 3 Marggiory Davila. Dr. Penn is accountable to the Highline College Board of Trustees whose members are appointed by Washington State Gov. Bob Ferguson.

The Office of the President works directly with the Board of Trustees and the leadership team to manage and drive key strategic and operational initiatives across the college. In partnership with executive leadership, the Office of the President works to develop and foster a campus climate that is welcoming and supportive of all students, faculty, staff and the surrounding communities served by the college.
